This is a rare Kuwaiti 20 Dinar banknote issued in 1968 by the Central Bank of Kuwait.
The note features the Kuwaiti coat of arms and serial numbers printed on both the left and right sides.
It belongs to the second series of Kuwaiti currency, designed before the Iraqi invasion.
