90 Kyats banknote from Myanmar (formerly Burma), issued in 1987.
The obverse side features a portrait of Saya San, a Burmese monk and leader of a peasant revolt in 1930-1931.
It was issued by the Union of Burma Bank during the period of the Socialist Republic of the Union of Burma.
These banknotes were introduced by Ne Win for unusual denomination reasons and are often found in paper composition measuring 164 × 76 mm.
